We aim to deliver all orders within the following timeframes:
- Standard delivery: 5 – 10 working days from order confirmation
- Large or bespoke items: 10 – 14 working days (you will be notified at the time of order)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather, courier delays, or high demand periods.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your delivery location. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
4. Delivery Process
- You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- For large items such as beds, wardrobes, and sofas, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery slot.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods.
- If you are unable to accept delivery on the scheduled date, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available, a re-delivery fee may apply. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you to arrange an alternative.
6. Damaged Goods on Delivery
Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery documentation and contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Assembly
Unless otherwise stated, furniture is delivered flat-packed. Assembly services may be available upon request — please enquire at the time of ordering.
