1. Our Policy

Furniture Bazaar does not offer refunds on purchased items. However, we are happy to facilitate an exchange within 5 working days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The exchange request must be made within 5 working days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items that have been assembled or used
  • Items with missing parts or damaged packaging
  • Items purchased during a clearance or final sale promotion
  • Bespoke or custom-made furniture

4. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at orders@furniturebazaar.co within 5 working days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2 working days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange collection and delivery of the replacement item.

5. Collection of Items

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange collection of the original item. Please ensure the item is safely repackaged in its original packaging before collection.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for collection and provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
